Programming Question

I'm currently running a AQ537L machine with LQ33W gold control.
What I'm trying to do is setup two,three or more details in the machine and "link" the seperate programs so that I can run overnight unattended(I hope). Don't know if I use the M98 and the sub routine or Q routine or what. Hope someone can give me an example, or get me going in the right direction.
I have run Charmilles for the past 10 years, so not up on the Sodick's.
