FS22 or 22NC with 8100 control/power supply,
the display shows erroneous numbers at certain positions of the thumb switchs (the ones that are used to select the current (I) and time ON (T on)).
for example, it wont read the Time on parameter 23 y will give bad "character" displayed or incomplete numbers, but segments of the display are good as they go "ON" in other numbers.
Besides the display, sometimes the machine voltaje drops almost to 0v and very low current EDMing ocurrs, causing electrode wear or no EDMING at all. Some times cpu reset works but sometimes do not.
My tougths are that some thumb switchs went bad and both problems are related.
any ideas?
