Mark Xi user disk

I am looking for user disk ( or a way to generate one) for Mark XI Ver. 11.23. If i use the user disk for MAP i have "System fail". I cannot switch from MAP to System. Do the control have other problem(s)?

If you are getting a "system error" then it is not a user disk problem but either a system disk error, disk drive failure or CPU board failure. These disks and other parts can be ordered from your local Sodick office.
