air hydro unit

If my air hydro unit is still full to the top after a year does this mean something is wrong and if so how do I correct the situation. I have a AQ325L/LN1W. Please respond if you have any ideas.

The air hydo unit should remain full. This oil is not consumed while machine is in operation.
