Machine Hours

I need to find out how many hours (total) are on my EDM machine, I have checked the display but that only shows the cutting time or "on" time of the machine. The machine is a Sodick Fine EX 21. Please let me know where I can find this information. Thank you.

On the EX21, there is no other timer, other than the LCD timer on the front panel of the machine. This timer displays machining hours and can be reset to zero with the push button. There is no fixed timer.

There is no global clock running on the Sodick controllers. You or somebody would have had to install a clock internally that would not be able to get reset.

The only clock information is the total cutting hours, which can be reset at any time.
