After executing G00, our Sodick AP 150 Mark 10 Gold drops a previously executed T84. How can we accomplish to hold this T84 until explicitly programming a T85? We guess this should work because our other Sodick (Mark 20 Gold) does it just fine. Thanks in advance. Thomas

Tom, The software on both your machines is quite
different. On some of the older softwares the
G00 would cancel offsets, taper and high pressure
flushing. You can reinstate the T84 after using
G00 or you can try using M06 (rapid, interpolate,
no discharge) instead of G00. M06 can be used with
or without M05 (contact detection off). Just
remember, M05/M06 are non modal codes. These codes
must be placed in every line that you intend to use them in.
Thanks, Sodick Apps.
