Q. AFTER I POWER UP MY SUBMERSIBLE WIRE EDM MACHINE, I FIND I CANNOT FILL THE WORKTANK WITH WATER. MY AUTOMATIC DRAIN OPEN/CLOSE SWITCH ALSO DOES NOT FUNCTION.
