Q. RECENTLY MY MACHINE WAS RELOCATED TO ANOTHER AREA OF MY SHOP AND NOW THE DIELECTRIC CHILLER ALARMS CONSTANTLY. WHY?
A. The three main phases of input power must be in phase or the filter pump will rotate backwards and the chiller will be improperly phased as well. By exchanging two connections at the disconnect of the three phase power (R,S,T) coming in to the machine, (by qualified personnel) this should resolve the problem.
