Q. DO I NEED TO MAINTAIN THE DIELECTRIC FLUID?
A. Yes daily. The conductivity level of the VITOL KS fluid must be constant to deliver best results. We recommend using a REFRACTOMETER to measure the fluid. For most tool steels, a reading of 10 BRIX concentration is recommended. (See pg. 8-4 and 8-5 in manual).
