Qvic SimulationEDW users: USB Sentinel Key Message

Your new LP1W / LP33W control machines came with Qvic simulationEDW software and a USB sentinel key. This USB sentinel key must not be lost or stolen. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen. Consider this key as your companies property.

If the machine is transfered, or a new operator is hired, the USB key must be made available. Sodick Inc. CANNOT replace this key with another one.

I know some operators wish to bring this key home with them. That is fine but our concern is if the key is stolen while in your car, that proper insurance will cover the loss. The key can only be replace by purchasing another seat of the software.

Qvic SimulationEDW users: Serial Numbers

Your new LP1W / LP33W control machines came with Qvic simulationEDW software. Attached to the CD cover is a sticker which has your serial number. This number is unique to your USB sentenal key. You need to store this number in a safe place.:)

You will need to have this serial number available if you wish to install the software onto another computer / hard drive. If it is lost, this will delay your installation.

If you have registered your software with DP technology, then your serial number will be recorded and backed up from them.
